Booking Parents’ Consultations (Guardian Consultations)

We use the Arbor App and Parent Portal to manage our Parents’ Evening bookings. This allows you to choose your own appointment times with your child’s teachers and receive instant confirmation.

How to Book Your Appointments

Option 1: Using the Arbor App

1. Open the App: Log in and navigate to the dashboard.
2. Find the Event: If bookings are open, you will see a notice under “Guardian Consultations”. You can also find this by clicking the Menu icon (three lines) in the bottom left corner and selecting Guardian Consultations.
3. Select the Session: Click on the Parents’ Evening event you wish to book for.
4. Choose a Time: You will see a list of your child’s teachers. Click on a teacher’s name, select an available Time Slot from the dropdown menu, and click Book Time Slot.
5. Confirmation: Once booked, the slot will turn green. You will also receive a confirmation email.

Option 2: Using the Parent Portal (Website)

1. Log In: Go to the Arbor Parent Portal via your web browser.
2. View Consultations: On your main homepage, scroll down to the Guardian Consultations section.
3. Select Meeting: Click on the active Parents’ Evening.
4. Book Slot: A slide-over menu will appear showing available times. Select your preferred slot and click Book Time Slot.

Top Tips for a Smooth Booking

Multiple Children: If you have more than one child at the school, you will need to book appointments for each child separately. You can switch between siblings using the arrow next to the child’s name (on the portal) or the “Switch Student” button (on the app).

Availability: Slots are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. If a specific time does not appear in the dropdown, it means that slot has already been taken.
