If your child has been prescribed medicine from the doctor that they need to have during the school day. Please complete the attached form and hand into the office with the medicine and one of our first aiders will be happy to give it to them. Note this only applies to prescribed medication.

If your child regularly goes home with a different adult please complete the attached form so we have permission in school and your child’s records.

If you need to take you child out of school for any purpose, other than medical or sickness, please complete the attached form and either e mail it or bring it into the office.

If you’d like your child to have music lessons at school please refer to the attached letter and return the completed form. 

Musical instrument letter & form

Pupils should complete the form to confirm that the agree to the using the Internet in a safe manner.

Acceptable Internet Use Form

Due to relocation children have to move schools mid year.  If you are moving please complete the form and give to the school office.
